U.S. DOJ's list of "sanctuary" jurisdictions and the new "Speedway Slammer"

S.12 E.10 The Department of Justice has published a list of "sanctuary" cities, counties, and states. This information is eye-opening for the American public. Also, there's news about a new detention facility called "Speedway Slammer"--a partnership between the Department of Homeland Security and the State of Indiana.
