Crisis in sanctuary NYC, real estate issues, and 2024 election

S.7 E.10 New York City liberals are now asking migrants to resettle somewhere else, rather than in "sanctuary city" New York. The real estate market is such that many potential buyers are unable to afford houses. At the same time, there were price drops for luxury homes in San Francisco and Seattle. In this episode, I discuss all these issues as well as the importance of the 2024 presidential election.
